Milestones serves as an effective tool for Gumroad sellers and content creators to monitor their sales, transactions, and product data in real time. Compatibility with iPhone, iPad, and Mac ensures seamless access across Apple devices. The inclusion of push notifications provides prompt alerts for new sales, facilitating timely responses.

Key features include straightforward login via Gumroad, comprehensive revenue reporting for today, the past month, and all-time data. The app calculates Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for various subscription periods—monthly, quarterly, biannual, and yearly—allowing users to analyze subscription metrics accurately. All transaction details, including customer information, are accessible. Users can oversee their published and draft products effectively, with real-time sales notifications enhancing operational awareness. Support for Dark Mode, biometric security through FaceID/TouchID, and haptic feedback further improve user experience across supported devices.

The app offers multiple pricing tiers aligned with monthly tracked revenue (MTR): a free plan for MTR under $150; a Launch Plan at $1.99/month for MTR less than $1,000; a Growth Plan at $5.99/month for MTR under $5,000; an Indie Plan at $9.99/month for unlimited MTR; and a lifetime license costing $49.99 for unlimited MTR.

All subscription options include a three-day free trial period; users may cancel at any time before the trial concludes to avoid charges.

Subscription management is handled via the Apple ID account settings within the App Store. Payments are processed at purchase confirmation or after the trial period (if applicable). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Future development plans encompass adding visual charts and graphs, support for multiple currencies, filtering options for sales data by product or date, and home screen widgets.
